Refund Policy

We treat all commissions as private and will handle any concerns discreetly and promptly.

Aviorie is a concierge gifting house specializing in private commissions and made-to-order pieces. Many of our items are produced specifically for each client and may include custom designs, personalization, or made-to-measure elements.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be offered.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Commissions

Because most Aviorie pieces are made-to-order and/or personalized, sales are generally final once a commission has been confirmed and production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom prints or artwork

  • Monograms, initials, or messages

  • Custom packaging or event-specific presentation

  • Made-to-order sizing or specifications

 

 

Defects and Production Errors

If your item arrives with a confirmed defect or production error, Aviorie will offer an appropriate resolution.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your name and order details

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

Where appropriate, Aviorie may offer, at our discretion:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Remake

  • Refund (full or partial)

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference after delivery

  • Incorrect information provided by the client (such as sizes, dates, spelling, or event details)

  • Minor variations inherent to artisan production (including slight color variation, weave variation, or placement differences)

 

Deposits

For bespoke and made-to-order commissions, Aviorie may require a deposit to secure production capacity, materials, and project scheduling.

All deposits are non-refundable.
This includes deposits paid for sampling, design development, personalization setup, or production preparation.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a commission, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a commission is cancelled before production begins, Aviorie may, at its discretion, refund any additional amounts paid beyond the deposit, minus costs already incurred (such as materials, sampling, or design work).

  • If production has begun, refunds may not be available.

 

 

Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
