Aviorie is a concierge gifting house specializing in private commissions and made-to-order pieces. Shipping is handled as part of our guided service, with discretion and care.  Aviorie offers worldwide delivery, subject to courier availability in the destination country.

 

 

Shipping Coverage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Aviorie arranges and covers shipping costs, including:

  • International delivery

  • Customs duties

  • Applicable import taxes

This is included as part of the Aviorie concierge commission process.

 

 

Processing & Production Timelines

Many Aviorie pieces are made-to-order or produced as private commissions. Production timelines vary based on:

  • Material availability

  • Personalization requirements

  • Quantity and finishing

  • Seasonal capacity

  • Destination logistics

Estimated timelines will be provided during the commission process.

 

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or service disruptions

  • Local delivery restrictions

Aviorie will provide tracking where available.

 

 

Shipping Destinations

Aviorie ships internationally. If your destination requires additional documentation or local compliance steps, we will advise you in advance.

 

 

Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Aviorie is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an item is returned due to address issues, we will coordinate reshipment where possible.

 

 

Delivery and Receipt

For certain high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Photos of the packaging and item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your name and commission details

We will handle the matter discreetly and promptly.
