These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aviorie website and any inquiries, consultations, commissions, or services provided by Aviorie (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

About Aviorie

Aviorie is a concierge gifting house specializing in private commissions and luxury gifting services. We create and coordinate bespoke and made-to-order pieces, primarily produced in Italy, through a guided commission process.

Aviorie is not a conventional e-commerce retail store. Many items shown are presented as examples of what may be commissioned.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Submitting an inquiry through our website or by email does not create a binding contract.

Any consultation, quote, or proposal is subject to:

  • Availability of materials and production capacity

  • Technical feasibility

  • Final confirmation and payment terms

Quotes and Pricing

All pricing provided is indicative until confirmed in writing.

Quotes may vary based on:

  • Materials and fabric availability

  • Custom design work

  • Personalization requirements

  • Quantities, finishing, and packaging

  • Production timelines and shipping destination

Unless stated otherwise, quotes do not include shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.

We align gifting with corporate compliance policies and handle international shipping, customs, and discretion.

 

 

Orders, Commissions, and Custom Work

Many Aviorie products are made-to-order or commissioned. Custom pieces may include printed designs, monograms, woven elements, embroidery, packaging, or other bespoke features.

Because commissions are personalized and produced specifically for the client, custom and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of confirmed defects.

 

 

Production Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Supplier schedules

  • Material availability

  • Customization complexity

  • Seasonal capacity

  • Shipping and customs clearance

We will communicate expected timelines during the commission process.

 

 

Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Where shipping is offered, delivery timelines are estimates.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Aviorie will arrange and cover shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable import taxes as part of the commission service.

If a destination requires additional documentation, identity verification, or local compliance steps, we will advise you during the commission process.

 

 

Returns and Issues

Because many Aviorie pieces are made-to-order and/or personalized, returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of confirmed defects or production errors.

If you believe an item has arrived with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@aviorie.com, including photos and a brief description.

Where appropriate, Aviorie will offer a solution at our discretion, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Remake

  • An alternative resolution

depending on the nature of the issue and production feasibility.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, designs, graphics, and product concepts, is owned by Aviorie or used under permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

 

 

Client-Provided Designs

If you provide artwork, logos, or designs for printing or personalization, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights, or

  • You have permission to use them

Aviorie is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from client-provided designs.

 

 

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aviorie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
